Established in 2019, Santé is a family-owned small cocktail lounge/bar that strives to provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere for its patrons with excellent drinks, appetizers, music and service.
The original Santé was a bar in Guayaquil, Ecuador, owned by the owner's father in the early 2000s. The word Santé is a French word meaning "health", and is also used when toasting while drinking, much like "Cheers!" or "Salud!".
